Scheduling an Appointment

Scheduling an appointment is easy and convenient, putting you in control of your wellness journey. You can book sessions through our website, our dedicated app, or the Mindbody app. Whether you prefer to book online or through your mobile device, we’ve made it simple to find a time that fits your schedule.

Arriving at the Studio

Clients should arrive no earlier than 5 minutes before their appointment time. Please note that the doors may be locked if practitioners are with other clients. However, they will be opened 5 to 10 minutes before your appointment.

Waivers and Health Questionnaires

New clients are required to fill out a health form and/or waiver, depending on the treatment they are scheduled for.
Please ensure you arrive 5 to 10 minutes before your appointment to fill out our health forms.

Payment Methods and Insurance

We accept debit, credit cards, and cash as payment methods. Please note that we do not offer direct billing. All our RMTs are registered, and we can provide you with a receipt that includes their full name, RMT number, and association upon request.

Gratitude Rewards

We are grateful for every visit and have implemented the Gratitude Rewards Program to show our appreciation for your loyalty. All purchases automatically collect Gratitude Rewards. Earn rewards on all treatments, including promotions, as well as on retail purchases and gift cards. Referrals also generate rewards. Track your rewards on the “My Info” tab in MindBody or by asking us directly. You can utilize your Gratitude Rewards on all treatments and retail purchases, including almost all promotions.

Rescheduling and Cancelation Policy

Scheduling an appointment is the reservation of time put aside specifically for you. We require 24 hours’ minimum notice to reschedule or cancel any appointments at our studio. Once in the 24-hour window a Late Cancellation fee will be charged ($50). If for some reason you do not show for your appointment a No-Show fee will be charged. (Full appointment fee)

If you arrive 15 min or more after your scheduled appointment time it may be given to a walk-in guest. Appointments are not held past 15 min and will be considered a no-show, and you will be charged the full appointment fee.
